How to measure
- For best results, measure your leg right after squat warm-ups, when your muscles are fully engaged and at their largest.
- Measure the circumference of the knee, calf and quad with a pliable tape measure. Make sure your leg is straight.
- Compare your knee measurement to the size chart; use the quad and calf measurements as a secondary reference.
- A7 Hourglass Rigor Mortis Knee Sleeves will take some effort to put on due to the high density of the neoprene.
- All measurements are approximate recommendations and fit may vary depending on your leg shape.
A7 Hourglass Knee Sleeves feature an all new Patented design with an hourglass-shaped center taper fit to help provide center knee compression while maintaining proper tightness around the calf and quad.
Rigor Mortis features our most dense neoprene and unmatched stiffness, this sleeve delivers an intense level of compression, rebound, and joint stability. Rigor Mortis sleeves provide a locked-in feel through the quad, calf, and especially the center knee joint.

How to put on your knee sleeves:
- Fold the top and/or the bottom of the knee sleeve to the outside.
- Put the sleeve on. Once you get to the calf, put your fingers (no thumbs) inside the bottom of the sleeve in a hook-like position. Your fingers should be wedged between your leg and the knee sleeve. Pull the sleeve up until the sleeve is over your knee joint.
- Optional (if the knee sleeve is still too low): Put your fingers (no thumbs) inside the top fold of the sleeve in a hook-like position. Your fingers should be wedged between the two layers of the sleeve. Pull the knee sleeve up.
- Unfold the top and the bottom of the sleeve and straighten the wrinkles.
